Job Role
- Handle international customer chat queries professionally
- Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support
- Upsell products/services whenever applicable
- Resolve customer concerns with excellent communication skills
- Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
- Minimum 6 months experience mandatory in:
- Tech Support
- Troubleshooting Chat Process
- International Customer Service
- Excellent written communication skills required
- Communication Level: B2 / C1
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹31,000 per month + Incentives
- In-Hand: ₹26,615 (With PLI)
- PLI: 10%
- Both-side cabs

- Reading Comprehension – Passage-based understanding test
- Typing Test – Minimum 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
