We're hiring a Community Manager — for a community of people who take eating out seriously.
At Explorex, we're building Elite — the way people in India discover where to actually eat, based on the taste of people they trust rather than four thousand anonymous reviews. Now we're building the human layer around it: a curated community of real diners in Bengaluru, meeting up every month, sharing the places worth knowing before everyone else does.
We're looking for someone to own it end to end.
What you'll do
Grow and curate the community — screen new members, keep the quality high, protect the vibe
Keep the group alive daily: spark conversations, surface great recommendations, make people feel like they belong
Plan and host monthly meetups and experiences — from booking the venue to making sure everyone has a great time
Build relationships with restaurants, chefs, and partners for pop-ups, early access, and events
Be the face and voice of the community — warm, tasteful, always on
You might be a fit if you
Genuinely love eating out and know the city's dining scene
Have run a community, events, or social presence before (and can show it)
Are a natural people-person — great at conversation, better at making others feel included
Are organised enough to run monthly events without dropping a ball
Write well, in a voice that's fun and never corporate
Bonus points
You've built an audience or community of your own
You have relationships in the F&B or hospitality world
You've worked at an early-stage startup and like the pace

You'll be building something from zero, with real ownership, backed by a YC-funded team that's rethinking how India dines out. It's part community, part events, part brand — and it's as fun as the work gets.
