Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Fitter Technician to support machine installation, maintenance, and repair activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial machines, tools, and equipment, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, assembly, and fitting of machines and equipment.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.
- Diagnose faults and perform repair work efficiently.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments for fitting and alignment.
- Ensure proper machine calibration and functioning.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues on the shop floor.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and reports.
- Follow all safety standards and company policies during work.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of machine installation and maintenance
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and fitting techniques
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
