Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Field Reporter & Content Writer with a background in Journalism and Mass Communication and up to 2 years of experience. The role involves gathering on-ground news, creating clear, engaging, and accurate content for digital platforms, and supporting the company’s branding, marketing, and communication initiatives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical domain.
Note: This position is strictly open to candidates based in the Tricity area (Chandigarh, Mohali ).
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, product descriptions, and marketing materials
- Create engaging content for digital platforms such as social media, newsletters, and online campaigns
- Edit, proofread, and optimize content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Conduct research on healthcare and pharmaceutical topics to support content development
- Gather on-ground news and local updates from the Tricity region
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand messaging
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices and company guidelines
- Update existing content to maintain relevance and accuracy
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication or a related field
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, or field reporting
- Must be based in the Tricity region
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and style
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital content strategies
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
