Job Title: IT Admin Executive

Job Summary
The IT Admin Executive is responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to users, maintaining hardware and software, handling network administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Manage Windows OS installation, system upgrades, and software installations.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Perform regular data backup and system security checks.
- Install and maintain CCTV, biometric devices, and network printers (if applicable).
- Monitor antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security.
- Maintain server health and basic network administration.
- Support ERP/HRMS applications and coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely replacement and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Prepare IT reports, asset registers, and maintenance records.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Printer and peripheral device management.
- Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook support.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Vendor management and documentation skills.
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certification such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Administration.
Preferred
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, barcode scanners, biometric devices, and CCTV systems.
- Experience managing laptops, desktops, network devices, and IT assets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
