Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with the company's policies and SOPs. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and loyalty programs.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate when required.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Explain product features, purity, hallmarking, pricing, making charges, and warranty to customers.
- Stay updated on new collections and market trends.
Store Operations
- Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of the assigned counter.
- Assist in opening and closing stock verification.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Ensure products are handled with care and security protocols are followed.
Billing & Documentation
- Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate billing.
- Verify product details before handing over items to customers.
- Assist customers with exchange, repair, and order-related documentation.
Compliance & Discipline
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.
- Maintain punctuality, grooming, and professional behaviour.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Cooperate with internal audits and stock audits.
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management.
- Support team members during peak business hours.
- Participate in product training, sales training, and company meetings.

Educational Qualification

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in the jewellery industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,527.92 - ₹42,461.74 per month
