About the Role:
RDB Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial strategy, planning, compliance, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Manage cash flow, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting
- Ensure statutory, regulatory, and audit compliance
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
Requirements:
- Qualified CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, compliance, and corporate finance
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, or diversified business groups will be preferred
Compensation:
₹12 LPA – ₹15 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
