The qualifications we are looking for in the candidates are:
Experience: 4 to 5 Years of Practicing Architecture
Architectural Design & Planning
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions.
- Prepare concept layouts, space planning, and design presentations.
- Create architectural drawings in line with client requirements and project objectives.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute creative solutions.
Working & Technical Drawings
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings.
- Develop GFC (Good For Construction) drawings.
- Prepare detailed construction and execution drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all technical documentation.
BOQ & Quantity Estimation
- Prepare detailed BOQs and material specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Assist procurement and execution teams with material planning.
- Evaluate materials, finishes, and product specifications.
3D Visualization & Presentation
- Develop 3D models and visualizations for projects.
- Create presentation-ready renders and walkthroughs.
- Translate design concepts into visually compelling presentations for clients.
Site Coordination & Execution
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
- Resolve architectural and technical challenges arising during construction.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.
- Review site progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Provide timely solutions to site-related issues.
- Create presentation-ready renders and walkthroughs.
- Translate design concepts into visually compelling presentations for clients.
Material Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with evolving construction technologies and architectural materials.
- Research and recommend innovative materials, systems, and sustainable solutions.
- Understand practical applications, cost implications, and installation requirements of various materials.
Project Management
- Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
- Track project progress from design development through execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Communicate effectively with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Technical Skills
Must have strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Excel
- BOQ Preparation
