Job Profile
We are looking to recruit a Process Engineer for setting up a pilot plant of inorganic fluorochemicals in Navi Mumbai. The Process Engineer is expected to lead a team of 2 engineers.
Responsibilities
- Scale up manufacturing process from lab scale to pilot plant
- Prepare basic and detailed engineering of pilot plant
- Set up pilot plant to manufacture up to 1000 KG of finished product
- Procure suitable machinery for unit operations such as crystallization, filtration and drying
- Validation and optimize process parameters
Relevant Experience
- Experience in manufacturing inorganic chemicals
- Experience in selected equipment or unit operations Spin Flash Dryer, Rotary Furnace, Horizontal Belt Filter / Horizontal Belt Vacuum Filter, Calcination
Candidate Profile
- Masters in Chemical Engineering or PhD in Chemical Engineering
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
