Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and office coordination.
- Ensure a neat and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Handle courier, deliveries, and other front-desk-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
