Job Title: Shift Incharge – Cattle Feed Production

Job Location: 29B, Sholavandan Road, Nagari – 625221, Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise day-to-day cattle feed production during the assigned shift.
2. Ensure production as per batch plan, feed formula, and quality standards.
3. Monitor raw material usage, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and packing operations.
4. Check machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
5. Ensure feed quality parameters such as moisture, texture, weight, and hygiene.
6. Allocate work, monitor attendance, and manage shift manpower effectively.
7. Maintain safety, housekeeping, and GMP practices on the production floor.
8. Prepare daily production records, shift reports, and stock consumption details.
9. Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
10. Achieve production targets with minimum wastage and downtime.
Preferred Qualification
1. Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Agriculture Engineering.
2. Experience in cattle feed, poultry feed, FMCG, or manufacturing industries preferred.
3. Strong leadership and shop-floor coordination skills.
