Third Space is building design infrastructure for India’s growing businesses, to make design operational rather than occasional.
Today, small and mid-sized businesses need continuous design for marketing, content, and growth. However, execution is still broken. Agencies are often slow and expensive, freelancers can be inconsistent, and DIY tools lack the structure required for high-quality output at scale.
Third Space is building a system-led creative delivery model that combines structured workflows, guided briefs, asset systems, and quality checks to deliver consistent design outcomes.
The goal is simple: turn design into a reliable, repeatable function for businesses instead of something chaotic and unpredictable.
We are at an early stage, focused on shaping the system, validating demand, and building initial traction.
The Role
We are looking for a Founding Operator to work closely with the founder to build Third Space from the ground up.
- Work directly with the founder across growth, operations, and early product thinking
- Take ownership in an unstructured, early-stage environment
- Contribute to building the business from first customers to initial scale
- This is a build-with-me role, not a conventional job
- Strong alignment over time can evolve this into a co-founder position
What You Will Work On
- Drive early traction by speaking with SMB founders and marketing teams
- Close initial customers through pilot projects and retainers
- Help shape pricing, packaging, and positioning based on market feedback
- Build and refine the delivery engine and workflows
- Coordinate with designers and freelancers
- Ensure consistency, turnaround time, and quality across outputs
- Run growth experiments across outbound, referrals, and partnerships
- Build early distribution through LinkedIn, communities, and networks
- Identify what actually works through hands-on execution
- Create repeatable systems for briefs, execution, and feedback
- Move operations from manual effort to structured processes over time
- Handle on-ground execution including client calls and coordination
- Solve day-to-day operational problems as they come up
Who This Role Is For
- Someone who thinks in systems, not just ideas
- Comfortable working in ambiguity with little to no predefined structure
- Has experience in startups, agencies, consulting, or has built something independently
- Able to both communicate with customers and execute independently
- Interested in how things work operationally, not just how they look
- Bonus: exposure to design, content, or marketing workflows
- Bonus: experience managing people or projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹162,956.19 - ₹894,365.51 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
