Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project/Site Engineer to oversee the execution and installation of retractable roofs, louver systems, and other related projects. The ideal candidate will ensure on-site operations are conducted efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards, safety protocols, and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
o Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
o Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements before execution.
2. On-Site Supervision:
o Supervise on-site activities, including material handling, workforce management, and installation processes.
o Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
3. Coordination:
o Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution of projects.
o Address and resolve on-site technical challenges in real-time.
4. Quality Control:
o Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
o Conduct regular site audits to identify and rectify deviations.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain daily work logs, progress reports, and site photos.
o Communicate project updates and any issues to the Project Manager or General Manager.
6. Safety Management:
o Implement and monitor site-specific safety protocols.
o Conduct toolbox talks and ensure all site workers adhere to safety regulations.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of mechanical and civil engineering principles.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in installation.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
o 3-5 years of experience in on-site project execution, preferably, in façade engineering, or structural installations.
o Familiarity with aluminum structures, steel fabrication, and powder coating is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge:
o Understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations.
Salary:
₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience and expertise).
Additional benefits: Travel allowance, accommodation (if required), and performance-based bonuses.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
