- Safety & Compliance: Promote factory safety standards and coordinate risk assessments with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) teams.
- Industrial & Labor Relations: Manage union relations, handle worker grievances, and solve shift-level disputes.
- Training & Development: Coordinate technical training, machine operations onboarding, and mandatory safety protocols.
- Compensation & Payroll: Oversee hourly wage calculations, shift allowances, and employee benefits administration.
- Performance Management: Track attendance, monitor shift productivity, and manage disciplinary policies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
