Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on BPO Voice Processes, Customer Service, Call Handling, and Communication Skills.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, simulations, and practical exercises to enhance workplace readiness.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions as per project guidelines.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and learning progress.
- Evaluate trainees through assessments, quizzes, and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching on interview skills, resume preparation, and professional etiquette.
- Address student queries and provide continuous mentoring and career guidance.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, assessments, and MIS documentation.
- Coordinate with placement teams to improve student employability and placement outcomes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and share training updates with management.
- Support community mobilization and student engagement activities when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
