Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper follow-up with customers and clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Update customer details and call records in CRM/software systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
✅ Good communication skills in English & Hindi
✅ Basic computer knowledge required
✅ Customer handling and problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable with voice process and calling roles
✅ Sales/customer support experience preferred
