Job Description :
Customer Care
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
- Provide order status updates and coordinate with the operations team for smooth delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Pre-Sales & Tele Sales
- Take grocery orders from customers over the phone and process them accurately.
- Generate new sales by reaching out to existing and potential customers.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs (e.g., Gold Membership).
- Cross-sell and up-sell relevant products to increase basket value.
- Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and abandoned orders.
- Maintain customer databases and update interaction records.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with store and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Track daily sales, customer feedback, and call performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Experience of 2 to 4 years in customer service, telecalling, telesales, retail, or BPO is preferred.
