Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support our collections and compliance operations. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all CRM activities. The candidate will play a key role in aligning Salesforce processes with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
· Configure and manage system settings, user roles, profiles, and permissions.
· Create, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
· Monitor data quality, perform regular audits, and manage data imports/updates
· Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct user training sessions.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
· Manage integrations and support third-party tools and applications connected to Salesforce.
· Perform system testing, support deployments, and assist with system upgrades.
· Ensure adherence to data security standards, regulatory compliance, and Salesforce best practices.
· Document processes, configurations, and system changes for audit and compliance purposes
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
· Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is preferred
· Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (workflows, validation rules, flows, etc.)
· Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data management tools
· Familiarity with integrations and third-party applications
· Knowledge of data protection, compliance standards, and audit requirements (a strong advantage)
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
