Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive for a full-time, in-office calling role in Goregaon West, Mumbai. This is a performance-driven position for someone who is confident on calls, takes ownership of leads, and is committed to converting prospects through regular follow-up and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products and services clearly and confidently over calls
- Take complete ownership of each lead from first contact to final conversion
- Maintain and regularly update sheets and CRM with lead details, call status, and next follow-up date
- Ensure every lead is followed up on time and not dropped at any stage
- Coordinate daily with different branches to get updates on leads, follow-ups, and closures
- Share daily call reports, follow-up status, and CRM/sheet updates with the team
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Marathi speaking is mandatory
- Hindi and English speaking will be an added advantage
- Comfortable with full-day calling-based work
- Good at handling objections and talking to people on the phone
- Responsible mindset with strong ownership towards targets and leads
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn
Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed Salary (1.8 LPA to 2.2 LPA ) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
