Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Field Sales Engineer to manage project visits, customer interactions, technical discussions, and field sales activities within the assigned territory.
The candidate should be comfortable with extensive field travel and capable of building strong relationships with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites, contractors, consultants, and industrial customers regularly.
- Promote products and technical application solutions.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations.
- Support specification approvals and project discussions.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with project stakeholders and clients.
- Generate new leads and convert business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project support.
- Submit regular sales and visit reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of field sales experience.
- Strong technical understanding of products/applications.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and site visits.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
