The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, and supporting audits and financial reporting for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
(a) Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping:
¨ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally, ensuring all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards.
¨ Process journal entries, receipts, and payments with appropriate supporting documentation.
(b) Banking & Reconciliations:
¨ Perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
¨ Monitor and reconcile balances across multiple bank accounts and project funds.
(c) Accounts Payable & Expense Management:
¨ Review and validate vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and travel claims in line with organizational policies.
- ¨ Ensure timely processing of payments after verifying approvals and supporting documents.
(d) Statutory Compliance & Taxation:
¨ Manage TDS/TCS computations, deductions, and timely filing of statutory returns.
¨ Ensure adherence to all applicable financial and regulatory compliance requirements.
(e) Financial Reporting & Closures:
¨ Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
¨ Support periodic financial closures by ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts.
(f) Audit Coordination:
¨ Liaise with internal and external auditors by providing required data, documents, and explanations.
¨ Ensure timely resolution of audit queries and implementation of recommendations.
(g) Documentation & Record Management:
¨ Maintain systematic and audit-ready filing of financial documents, including vouchers, invoices, and bank statements.
¨ Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all financial transactions.
(h) Operational & Administrative Support:
¨ Handle routine finance-related correspondence and coordination with internal stakeholders.
¨ Undertake additional finance and accounts-related responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
Work Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations
- Experience of working in Tally
- Knowledge about TDS / GST rules and working
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and statutory compliance.
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
