Billing Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing and Purchase Engineer to join our Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing billing and purchase processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Billing:
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents for real estate projects.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing, adhering to project schedules and company policies.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve billing issues and queries.
2. Purchase:
- Assist in procurement of materials, services, and vendors for real estate projects.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing and purchase transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records, contracts, and other relevant documents.
4. Analytical and Reporting:
- Analyze billing and purchase data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with billing and purchase processes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or relevant technical background.
2. Proven experience in billing and purchase processes in the real estate industry.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
