Inviting applications for the role of lead Consultant- Entrata System Administrator Troubleshooting: Address and resolve system issues to ensure continuous service availability. New User Licenses/Deprovisioning: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of users managing access rights accordingly. Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting: Address and resolve system issues to ensure continuous service availability. - New User Licenses/Deprovisioning: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of users managing access rights accordingly. - Mass Updates and Uploads: Execute largescale data updates and uploads to ensure current and accurate information. - Report and Dashboard Building: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data driven decision making. - Level 1 Administration and Configuration: Execute administrative tasks such as field creation layout changes and release review and preparation. - Support Marketing Cloud Connector: Provide assistance in the integration and operation of the Marketing Cloud Connector. - Support for Marketing Cloud Instance: Collaborate with the Digital Automation Manager to support the Marketing Cloud instance. - Utilize Demand Tools for Duplicate Management: Use demand tools to efficiently manage and resolve duplicate data issues.
