Roles & Responsibilities:
- Centre operations management: Oversee day-to-day functioning of the IVF centre including patient flow, staff coordination, and resource allocation.
- Patient counselling & engagement: Provide guidance to patients and families, ensuring empathetic communication and satisfaction.
- Business development: Drive patient inflow through doctor referral networks, awareness camps, and outreach programs.
- Team leadership: Lead medical, nursing, and administrative staff to achieve performance targets.
- Camp organization: Plan and conduct awareness/health camps to promote hospital services.
- Revenue & performance tracking: Monitor centre performance, patient conversions, and revenue generation.
- Compliance & reporting: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, medical ethics, and prepare reports for management. Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Management, or Healthcare.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare centre management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage both patient-facing and operational responsibilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
