Job Summary
The Admin cum HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day Human Resources and administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The role includes recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and payroll support, office administration, operational coordination, and team supervision. The candidate will also oversee daily operational activities, lead and motivate the sales team, and support management in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
•Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
•Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and employee records.
•Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files.
•Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and employee punctuality.
•Coordinate attendance and leave information for payroll processing.
•Assist in salary administration and payroll-related activities.
•Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
•Maintain and coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
•Lead, supervise, and coordinate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
•Motivate, guide, and support team members to improve productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
Support employee engagement, welfare, and team-building initiatives.
•Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.
•Assist in performance appraisal, probation review, and employee evaluation processes.
•Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
•Manage exit formalities, clearance procedures, and employee separation documentation.
•Prepare HR reports, operational reports, recruitment reports, attendance reports, and other management reports as required.
•Support management in implementing HR strategies and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
Experience in recruitment, HR administration, and team coordination is preferred.
