Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a domestic voice process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate information or assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to domestic customers and handle incoming calls when required.
- Communicate with customers professionally and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Follow company calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a domestic voice process / telecalling.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and the required regional language.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or telecalling will be preferred.
