POSITIONS OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Primary , Secondary and Senior Secondary Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, planning and delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring the academic and personal growth of students.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduation and B.Ed. or Relevant degree are required.
- 1 year of teaching experience in relevant subject(preferred)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Graduation in relevant subject and B.Ed. are required.
- 1 year of teaching experience required in relevant subject.
- FOR SENIOR/HIGHER SECONDARY TEACHERS:
- Post Graduation in relevant subject and B.Ed. are required.
- 3 years of teaching experience required in relevant subject.
FOR ALL POSTS:
Strong command of the English language.
Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement techniques.
Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the development of young children.
Familiarity with technology in the classroom is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum and guidelines.
Creating lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles and needs.
Assessing and evaluating student performance through regular tests, assignments, and other activities.
Providing individual and group support to ensure student progress.
Maintaining classroom discipline and fostering a positive, respectful learning environment.
Communicating regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
Collaborating with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience and implement cross-curricular activities.
Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Keeping up-to-date with educational developments and incorporating innovative teaching methods.
