Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or business development.
- Fresh Diploma Civil graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Promote the company's construction materials testing, geotechnical investigation, and engineering services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide information about the company's services.
Required Skills
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of construction materials testing, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
