We are looking for an experienced Arbitration Manager to manage and coordinate end-to-end arbitration proceedings on the Jupitice ODR platform. The candidate will work closely with arbitrators, parties, advocates, legal teams and internal case-management teams to ensure that proceedings are conducted efficiently, professionally and in accordance with applicable arbitration rules and procedural requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of arbitration matters from case initiation to final award.
- Coordinate filing of Statements of Claim, Defence, Counterclaims, applications, evidence and supporting documents.
- Coordinate the appointment, onboarding and scheduling of arbitrators.
- Act as the primary case-management point of contact for parties, counsels and arbitrators.
- Prepare and maintain case files, procedural records, hearing schedules, cause lists and case-status reports.
- Issue and coordinate notices, reminders, procedural communications and hearing-related communications.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual arbitration hearings through the Jupitice digital arbitration platform.
- Monitor procedural timelines, submissions, hearings and pending actions to ensure timely case progression.
- Assist arbitrators with administrative and procedural requirements without influencing the merits or outcome of proceedings.
- Coordinate evidence submission, document management, witness-related requirements and hearing documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential digital records of all proceedings and communications.
- Coordinate preparation, review, execution and digital signing of procedural documents and awards as required.
- Ensure adherence to applicable Arbitration & Conciliation Act, institutional rules, Jupitice Arbitration Rules and other applicable procedural frameworks.
- Identify procedural delays, compliance gaps and operational issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal technology/product teams to resolve platform-related issues affecting arbitration proceedings.
- Prepare MIS, case-status reports, hearing reports and management dashboards.
- Ensure confidentiality, neutrality, data security and professional conduct throughout the arbitration process.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
