Responsibilities:
- Supervise all welding activities on the shop floor
- Allocate work to welders and monitor productivity
- Ensure welding quality meets required standards
- Inspect weld joints and ensure compliance with drawings
- Maintain safety and discipline in welding area
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma with strong welding experience
- 3+ years in fabrication welding supervision
- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Arc welding processes
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
