We are looking for an experienced and passionate Travel Coordinator to join our inbound tourism team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Kerala tourism, destinations, attractions, hotels, transportation, and customized holiday packages for international travelers.
The candidate will be responsible for planning itineraries, coordinating bookings, ensuring exceptional customer service, and delivering memorable travel experiences for foreign guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize Kerala travel packages for international tourists.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, guides, and other travel services.
- Communicate with international clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Manage customer inquiries before, during, and after their trip.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with hotels, transport providers, and local partners.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Kerala destinations, attractions, festivals, and tourism trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of Kerala tourist destinations, attractions, hotels, and travel routes.
- Experience in creating customized holiday packages for international travelers.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems is preferred.
