1. Job Overview
As a Telecalling Executive, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a credit card application. Your primary focus will be on resolving documentation hurdles and verification queries to help customers successfully obtain their cards.
2. Salary & Compensation
We offer a competitive fixed salary based on experience, complemented by a rewarding incentive structure:
: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Fixed).
Performance Incentives: High-earning potential based on monthly approval targets.
3. Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Logging: Completing and uploading credit card files on the bank’s portal.
KYC Management: Assisting customers in completing Video KYC or physical verification.
Query Resolution: Proactively solving issues in "Negative Files.
Customer Support: Guiding customers through the banking process with clear communication.
5. Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate or Final Year students.
Communication: Fluent in Hindi; basic understanding of English.
Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and basic computer proficiency.
