We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, talking to customers, explaining products or services, and answering their questions.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Receive incoming calls and provide information.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
- Record customer details and update data regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to speak politely and confidently.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience: 0–2 years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
