Job Responsibilities
- Visit customers and introduce company vehicles.
- Find potential customers and build good relationships with them.
- Promote the SMKN MOTORS brand in the market.
- Generate leads through cold calls, customer references, service advisors, banks, and other sources.
- Follow up with customers who show interest in buying a vehicle.
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, and available models.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
- Explain finance options, offers, and schemes to customers.
- Help customers understand registration, insurance, warranty, and vehicle maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
- Collect information about competitor products, prices, and sales activities.
- Support sales promotions, events, and marketing activities.
- Assist the Sales Manager with market feedback and sales ideas.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
