Role Summary
Responsible for project reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, KPI tracking, and management reporting for global pharmaceutical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports.
- Analyze project data, KPIs, trends, and performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
- Support project controls and PMO reporting activities.
- Automate reporting processes where applicable.
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel and data analytics expertise.
- Power BI/Tableau reporting experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with SAP/ERP data extraction and reporting.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to support global project teams and EST meetings.
