Educational Qualifications : Master of Design (M.Des)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom sessions aligned with university standards and prescribed teaching methodologies
- Manage student attendance and oversee day-to-day academic activities
- Apply innovative teaching techniques to enhance learning outcomes
- Contribute to curriculum development and periodic updates
- Develop academic resources, laboratory manuals, and related documentation
- Support the setup and improvement of laboratory infrastructure
- Ensure smooth conduct of examinations and assessments
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in entering marks in the ERP system
- Participate in student mentoring and support initiatives
- Encourage student involvement in co-curricular and extracurricular activities
- Coordinate and accompany students for industry visits, seminars, and workshops
- Create topic-wise practice modules, weekly mock tests, and analyze student
- performance for improvement
- Engage in research and development activities as per university standards
- Guide student projects and research work
- Promote industry–institute interaction to enhance student exposure and employability
- Publish research papers in journals, conferences, and books
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and faculty development initiatives
- Undertake academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the institution
- Performing any other necessary duties as required.Skills & Competencies
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, clear accent.
- Strong classroom management and student-engagement skills.
- Familiarity with language lab software and digital teaching tools.
- Ability to design contemporary, engaging course content for technical / management students.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
