Job Description
Shemford Futuristic School is looking for a passionate and dedicated TGT Social Science & EVS Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching EVS to Primary Classes and Social Science to Middle School (TGT level) as per the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Environmental Studies (EVS) to primary classes.
- Teach Social Science (History, Geography, Civics, and Political Science) to middle school students.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.
- Deliver engaging, activity-based, and student-centered lessons.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and other academic activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and subject knowledge.
- Candidates residing in or near Gurugram will be preferred.
Salary
- Up to ₹35,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
