About the Role
Jewar City Property is hiring an experienced Sales Manager / Team Manager to lead a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a target-driven mindset, and experience in managing teams, driving sales performance, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
* Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize productivity.
* Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ensure timely follow-ups and successful lead conversions.
