Core Responsibilities
1. Clinical Assessment & Therapy Execution
- Carry out physiotherapy treatments as per prescribed plans.
- Collect patient history and assess their functional needs under supervision.
- Monitor patient progress and provide regular feedback to the Senior Physiotherapist and medical team.
- Assist in developing individual care plans and scheduling therapy sessions.
2. Departmental Coordination & Support
- Support smooth operation of the Physiotherapy Department (IP and OP).
- Coordinate therapy appointments and assist with daily activity planning.
- Demonstrate exercises and therapy techniques to patients and caregivers.
- Follow departmental protocols for therapy execution and patient communication.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain patient records in the HIS/EMR system.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, session notes, and treatment records.
- Monitor billing compliance for therapies delivered.
- Maintain awareness of NABH standards and ensure adherence.
4. Equipment & Inventory Management
- Maintain therapy equipment and coordinate repairs as required.
- Monitor inventory and place supply requisitions through appropriate channels.
- Report faulty equipment and follow up for maintenance and replacements.
5. Knowledge Sharing & Training Support
- Assist in training programs for new staff or interns.
- Contribute to developing patient education materials (brochures, handouts, PPTs).
Participate in workshops, outreach events, and interdepartmental initiatives.
Profile
Knowledge and Experience
- Education: BSc in Physiotherapy
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience
- Familiarity with HIS/EMR systems and basic rehab documentation preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
