Job Description (JD)
We are looking for skilled Welders to join our manufacturing team (Agricultural Implements). The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work using ARC welding techniques and supporting fabrication activities.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Perform ARC welding using 4mm rods on metal components
Carry out gas cutting operations efficiently
Ensure strong, durable, and defect-free welding joints
Read and understand basic fabrication drawings (preferred)
Maintain safety standards during welding and cutting operations
Conduct quality checks on finished work
Support production team for timely completion of tasks
Requirements
1–3 years of welding experience
Knowledge of ARC welding & gas cutting
Ability to deliver quality workmanship
