Job Summary
The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience by welcoming guests, handling reservations, addressing guest requests and complaints, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The GRE serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Manage restaurant reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, special occasions, and special dietary requirements.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow up with guests to ensure complete satisfaction with food and service.
- Coordinate with the restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain guest history and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Assist in promoting restaurant offers, loyalty programs, and special events.
- Monitor restaurant ambience, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Collect guest feedback and prepare daily guest satisfaction reports.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Support the restaurant team during peak business hours whenever required.
- Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and behavior at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Food & Beverage Service in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
