As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a platform, product, or client engagement. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals while fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system architecture.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot with Majesco or DxC or Bancs etc and any other insurance platform knowledge
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Skilled in integrating various technology stacks to create cohesive solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
