About the Role
Vaidyanath Fire Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a MEPF Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in procurement for fire fighting projects. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing fire protection materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely material delivery for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure fire fighting materials such as pipes, fittings, valves, sprinklers, hydrant systems, pumps, and accessories.
- Float RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate with vendors.
- Issue Purchase Orders and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with project and store teams for material requirements.
- Maintain vendor database and purchase records.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement while meeting project timelines.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of purchase experience in the Fire Fighting/MEPF industry (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of fire fighting materials and vendors.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
