We are looking for dynamic & customer-focused individuals for the role of Sales Executive.
Location: Borivali & Thane store
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell products and fulfill customer requirements efficiently
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase sales
- Process customer orders smoothly and accurately
- Enter daily walk-in customer data into CRM
- Conduct Kitty, Birthday & Anniversary calls and manage customer gifting
- Follow up with customers for repeat visits and lead generation
- Maintain regular communication with customers through tele calling
- Collect Google reviews and enhance customer engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer experience from greeting to post-sales service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain strong customer and business relationships
- Analyze product collections, pricing, best-selling and slow-moving products
- Conduct daily stock counts and send timely reports
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of collections on the floor and in the safe
- Coordinate repair and polishing requirements with respective departments
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Good product presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior Jewellery retail experience is preferred
