Position: Cinema Assistant Security Officer
Job Summary: As a Cinema Assistant Security Officer, your role is to support the overall security operations within the cinema premises. Working under the guidance of the senior security team, you will assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff. This role involves monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the cinema's security measures.
Responsibilities:
1. Patron Assistance:
- Assist patrons with inquiries, directions, and general information.
- Provide a visible and approachable presence to enhance the sense of security.
2. Surveillance Support:
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities to the senior security team.
- Assist in conducting routine patrols of cinema halls, lobbies, and other public areas.
3. Access Control:
- Support access control measures, including checking bags and verifying tickets.
- Assist in ensuring that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
4. Incident Response:
- Respond to security incidents promptly, following the guidance of senior security personnel.
- Aid in controlling and resolving disturbances or emergencies as directed.
5. Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the senior security team, cinema staff, and other departments.
- Communicate effectively to ensure a cohesive and efficient security operation.
6. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patron concerns and maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Work to create a friendly and secure atmosphere for cinema visitors.
7. Report Assistance:
- Assist in preparing incident reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute information for post-incident analysis and improvement recommendations.
8. Emergency Preparedness:
- Participate in training sessions and drills to enhance emergency response readiness.
- Follow established protocols for evacuations and other emergency procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security-related fields is desirable.
- Previous experience in a security-related role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
