Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall service operations and workshop performance
- Achieve service revenue and profitability targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations
- Monitor service quality, TAT, and productivity
- Lead and manage Service Managers, Advisors, and Technicians
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards and company policies
- Drive AMC, spare parts, and value-added service sales
- Analyze MIS reports and improve performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 10–15 years of experience in automobile service
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good knowledge of workshop operations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
