Role overview
We are hiring a Creative Director / Senior Art Director to lead creative direction across our D2C brands and mentor our design, motion and content team. You will set the creative bar for both performance and brand work.
Key responsibilities
- Own creative direction across paid, social, brand and campaign work.
- Lead, mentor and review the work of designers, motion artists and copywriters.
- Build creative systems and testing frameworks that convert.
- Partner with performance and strategy teams to align creative with commercial outcomes.
- Pitch creative concepts to clients and lead brand campaigns.
Requirements
- 7+ years in creative / art direction, ideally agency or D2C.
- Strong portfolio across both brand and performance creative.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
- Deep understanding of social-first and performance creative for consumer brands.
Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma; motion / video a plus.
