Role Objective:
To support in managing daily operations, manpower, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily manpower planning.
Monitor delivery productivity, strike rate, and time management.
Ensure EOD completion and system closures.
Handle escalations and customer delivery issues.
Track attendance, incentives, and productivity.
Support audits and metrics.
Ensure compliance to SOP and safety norms.
Train new joiners on basic delivery process.
Stakeholder interactions.
Skills Required
Good knowledge of metrics
People handling ability
Basic reporting (Excel / dashboard)
Problem-solving mindset
Educational Background:
Any graduate preferred logistics
Local language preference
