Key Responsibilities:
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PHP developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
● Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
● Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony).
● Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers for seamless project execution.
● Plan sprints, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively within the team.
● Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support when needed.
● Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to clients and stakeholders proactively.
● Drive process improvements and encourage continuous learning within the development team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in PHP development, including at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
● Strong proficiency in PHP , MySQL , and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
● Hands-on experience with popular frameworks such as Laravel , CodeIgniter , or Symfony
● Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , MVC architecture , and web security standards .
● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and front-end integration .
● Experience working with Git , Jira , and Agile/Scrum methodologies .
● Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making abilities.
● Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools is an added advantage.
