Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Operations Executive to join our team on-site at our Narela office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily digital storefront operations. This is a data-centric position heavily focused on utilizing Excel to manage inventory, track order fulfillment, and analyze operational metrics. You will oversee daily e-commerce logistics, handle customer queries, support online sales processes, and maintain smooth communication with all operational stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Operations: Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations across various platforms to ensure seamless backend functionality.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain, update, and manage highly accurate operational data and performance reports daily in Excel.
- Campaign Coordination: Monitor and coordinate ongoing e-commerce communication campaigns (SMS, Email, and WhatsApp).
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch, and high customer satisfaction.
Role Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in E-commerce operations.
- Technical Prowess: Strong Excel skills are mandatory; you must be highly comfortable handling data.
- Communication: Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) for professional stakeholder coordination and customer management.
- Location: Ability to work full-time on-site at our office in Narela Industrial Area, Delhi.
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel (Proficiency in VLOOKUP, data sorting, and formatting is a must)
- Fluent English (Written & Verbal)
- E-commerce platform navigation and order management
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail when evaluating operational data.
- Proficiency in customer service with a problem-solving, customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
